Hey there, I’m Mac Coward!
My love for sleep has always been but it wasn’t until I had my first born that I started researching it. I did everything in my power when he was a new born to give him good sleep habits and get him sleeping through the night as soon as possible. By four months, he was fully sleep trained! His naps were like clock work, he put himself to sleep at night and didn’t wake up until 7 am.
As I studied the science behind infant and child sleep on my own, I realized how much I loved it. Within a month or two I was signed up to train as a baby sleep consultant and with each volunteer client I worked with I fell even more in love the job.
We all know one doesn’t function well on little sleep so I am here to help families sleep better so they can thrive, not survive.
A little more…
I am originally from South Carolina, USA and moved to England in 2017. Shortly after I met my, oh so British, husband, Dan and together we chose to stay in Hereford, England for the foreseeable future.
We have two children, Jason and Tilly. Jase loves all things Paw Patrol, dinosaurs, and his balance bike that he must ride several times a day. Tilly loves to giggle, drink milk, and take baths.
On the weekends we like to go to the park, hang out in our lazy spa, and I’m not going to lie, I love a good blitz of the house and prep for the coming week. We love to travel, which was put on pause when the lockdown struck, but we plan on taking our kids on some epic adventures around the world.
“Before Mac’s help I was up 2-3 hours every night with my 14 month old. Now, he sleeps through every night in his own room!”
